It was around 15C – 18C in the interim of my latest swing in Hong Kong. And yes, I intentionally book my travels to Hong Kong on dates that fall on winter season – I just love the cold!
For all of my Hong Kong trips, Ocean Park has invariably been part of the itinerary. And each of those previous visits bank in a special memory that bring about a nostalgic sensation every time I come back. One of the most indelible memory was during my first visit with my sister, and I remembered her crying so much while we were watching the dolphin show and I was chuckling heavily even after she recovered. This explains why I giggle every time I watch the show. Teehee.
OOTD: Plaid Polo and Knitted Pullover from H&M, Skinny Khaki pants from Memo, White Airmax Shoes from Nike, Backpack Bag from Herschel.
Inadvertently on this trip, I observed that these three things I never miss to do when at Ocean Park Hong Kong: (1) Ride the cable car (2) See the giant pandas, Ying ying and Le le , and (3) watch the dolphin and seal show at the Ocean Theatre. Oh, and yes, grabbing lunch at McDonalds at the Marine World! Haha!
Also, unintentionally noticed another list of three things I’ll go cuckoo without when going out on a chilly weather, and even on regular days in tropical Cebu. (Going cuckoo might be a bit exaggerated, a li’l nuts maybe? But come to think of it, am innately silly. eeek. haha)
(1) Oil Control Film – I don’t want to look like a freshly baked Sbarro garlic bread glistening and shining with garlic oil so I always have an oil control film in the back pocket of my trousers.
(2) Lip Balm – It’s kinda’ ironic for a guy who has an oily skin type and has lips that dry real often. And I hate having cracked lips, so I don’t leave the house without any lip balm.
(3) Hand Sanitizer – runny nose is just a hassle, so yeah! Teehee.
So what’re the things you can’t leave the house without? 😉
